Terms of sale

These terms apply when you buy from Loafwell. By placing an order you agree to them.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your local currency and include import duties and taxes, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery. Shipping is free unless checkout says otherwise. Payment is taken when you place your order.

Delivery

Orders ship from our partner warehouses, most often in China and, for some products, in the United States. Estimated delivery times are shown on each product page and at checkout. Every order is tracked, and the tracking number appears on your order page once it ships.

Returns and refunds

You can return items within the period shown on our return policy page. If an item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us with a photo and we will replace it or refund you.

Product information

We describe products as accurately as we can. Colours and sizes may vary slightly from the photos.
