Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data Loafwell collects, why, and who we share it with. We only collect what we need to sell and deliver your order.

What we collect

When you place an order: your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number if you give one, and what you bought. If you create an account, we also keep your saved addresses and order history.

Who we share it with

Your shipping details go to our fulfilment partner, CJ Dropshipping, and the carriers they use, so your parcel can be packed and delivered. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Our store runs on hosting providers that store this data on our behalf. We don't sell your data.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep your cart, your country and your sign-in session. We don't use advertising cookies on this site.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you by emailing stj942003@gmail.com. We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require.
